Untapped Energy

In January, plan to join the Untapped Energy group on Wednesday, Feb 21 at noon.  The food is always great and the conversation is too!

On Wednesday, Feb 28, we have a plan to attend lunch and a play at Daytrippers Dinner Theater in Bloomington.  The cost will be $37, payable to CMLC.  You can put a check into the offering on Sunday or bring it into the office.

The play is called Drinking Habits.  Romances gone wild, mistaken identities, the threat of an international spy syndicate—if you think that all nunneries are humdrum houses of worship, you’ve never encountered the Sisters of Perpetual Sewing.  In the outrageous farce, Drinking Habits, two nuns have been secretly making wine to keep the convent’s doors open.  But Paul and Sally, reporters and former fiancées, are hot on their trail.   They go undercover as a nun and a priest, but their presence, combined with the addition of a new nun, spurs paranoia throughout the convent that spies have been sent from Rome to shut them down.  Wine and secrets are eventually spilled as everyone tries to preserve the convent.

The lunch is at 12:15 and the play is at 1:15.  We will plan to carpool from CMLC.
